Not priority, no arrival

I paid for priority shipping to receive my shoes within 5 days of my event. My shoes weren’t sent off until 3 days later (ordered Friday MORNING, label wasn’t created until Monday at 6pm) and I still haven’t received the shoes. It’s the following Friday. I asked for the shipper to cancel the order when they weren’t going to make it on time. They refused, just said they can create a return label. I have no shoes to return. Now I feel robbed. No shoes, no refund, no help. Do NOT waste your time
