Cute but sizing is off

These shoes are gorgeous! They remind me of the wedge Skechers I wore as a teen. However, the sizing is off. I wear a 9.5 so I ordered a 10. They fit my feet like a size 9 shoe. I'm giving these to my sister and just ordered an 11. I hope the larger size works.

There should be an option to purchase a “narrow foot” shoe. I am able to tighten two of the four straps, the two in the front however are loose, so it feels like I’ll fall out of them even though I know I won’t, if that makes sense. Other than that, exactly what I expected!
