I never received the shoes I have contacted your store and was e mailed that I was going to be refunded for them. I contacted UPS they were delivered to the wrong house I tried to retrieve them but they were no longer on the persons bench when I went there. There were multiple packages on the photo from UPS one package was my mother's from target that fully refunded her and another from Amazon that I had purchased that I never received as well. These packages were delivered on separate dates and the UPS driver dropped them off all at the same wrong address starting in my address 735 but the road was wrong. I e mailed your company again yesterday trying to find out wether or not this case is going to be refunded or if I'm going to be delivered the shoes again in hopes that they are shipped to the correct address. I understand this is not your businesses fault. It's obviously the driver that works for UPS and I apologize that your company has to be the one that reimburses me for it unless somehow your company can get UPS to do so. They have opened a claim on another package but I don't see a claim from yours. I'm gonna try and create a claim again for your company so that your not having to resolve the issue as it is a result of UPS drivers negligence to check the address on the box and the address on the house. The house is right around the corner from mine literally on the same street only the street turns into a separate one if you know what I mean. So I can see the confusion for the driver but when you make the turn there's a street sign that says Glade and Forest on it so I still don't see how this was messed up so badly. As it wasn't just your order that was delivered there but multiple ones between me and my mother. Please contact me at my email which you have noted as I received this submit for a review. I cannot give a review on an item I haven't received yet. But I appreciate your company reaching out to me I just haven't heard anything back yet so I'm confused on what I need to do next.
