Within one hour out of the box during light wear (walking at the farmer’s market) the rear strap on the right shoe came unglued from the sole. The strap appeared to be affixed just by a small dab of glue and a single, weak thread. While affordably priced, it is clear the cheap construction is not worth the tradeoff.

I LOVE THESE SANDALS!!!
I actually had a pair I bought years ago. They were my all time favorite sandals & were well used. I love how extremely comfotable they are. By far the most comfy sandals Ive ever owned.
After many summers, my older pair JUST broke. As soon as they did, I went searching online to find/buy the same pair of black platform SODA sandals.
