Every order placed in weekdays is shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping rates apply for all orders.
  • Once the payment has been completed, all purchases will be delivered within 2-3 business days (Exception applies to orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays)
  • Our store is NOT responsible for merchandise lost after the tracking information states that it has been delivered to the correct address.
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Refund Policy

Your online purchase maybe returned within 30 days as long as it follows the following guidelines.

  • Request for return must be made first 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear & tear. (Soles must be clean). For trying on purposes, please make sure to do so on the clean floor.
  • Please make sure items are packaged properly (Put shoe box in poly bag or appropriate shipping box. DO NOT ship in shoe box only) with Return Authorization Slip.

Refund Policy

  • If the return items are worn, it will not be accepted. In this case, shipping price will be charged again from customer, if customer wants us to ship back the item.
  • Return shipping fees is the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • We only ship the brand new qualified products. If the item appears to be damaged or defective, please contact us through Email shoe27city@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise with a picture.
  • For any damaged return, 10% fees will be charged from the original price of the purchased item.
